This Refund Policy explains how payments and refunds are handled for the PageOps service.

Subscription Billing

PageOps offers subscription plans that provide access to the Screenshot API. Subscription fees are billed in advance for the applicable billing period.

Non-Refundable Payments

Due to the infrastructure costs associated with providing cloud browser resources and API capacity, payments are generally non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Subscription fees
  • Usage-based charges
  • Unused API requests or quota

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. When a subscription is cancelled:

  • The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • You will retain access to the Service until the billing period expires.

Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us. We will review billing issues and may provide refunds at our discretion when appropriate.

Exceptional Circumstances
